The wine cellar in object has asked us to realize a feasibility project study for renewing the collecting grapes center.
The realized plant consists of four reception basins with double screw, entirely constructed in stainless steel and equipped with hydraulic lateral and posterior banks that allow the unload of grapes from every part.
The purpose was to maximize the operations of the collaborators, considered the great quantity of rural means.
The centralized control system enable to operators to check the situation from an elevated position.
A canal screw system placed below the ground allow the continuous exhaustion of grape-stalks without any noise.
We equipped every part with alarm system against any obstructions, and we concluded the installation with a practical device for the grape-stalks mincing, able to reduce up to 90% the quantity of the working discards.
